Fotem Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before opening an account with Fotem. They define the rights and responsibilities of both you and Fotem.

Age Verification Required
Fotem is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Proof of age documentation is required at the time of registration.
One Account Policy
Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited balance being forfeited.
Wagering applies to bonus
All bonus and promotional funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Failure to meet the requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Withdrawal via Same Method
Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit. This is in place to prevent fraud.
Prohibited Activities
Use of bots, account sharing, bonus abuse, or any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Fotem platform (fotem.app). FotemBy creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and drafted in accordance with the Bangladeshi legal framework. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Fotem and the user.
  • Fotem reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  • Fotem's services are for personal use only. Commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Usage Policy

To create an account on Fotem, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is fully liable for all activity carried out through the account.

  • Only one account may be created per mobile number and per device.
  • Using a payment method not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited.
  • Registration using a false name, address, or identity is not permitted.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Fotem Support immediately.
  • Keep your password strong and change it regularly.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Fotem Identity verification is mandatory for all users. It is essential for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and the overall security of the platform.

KYC verification must be completed before initiating a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a specified amount. Failure to verify may result in withdrawal processing being put on hold.

Betting Rules & Game Regulations

Before placing any bets on Fotem, it is important to read the rules specific to each sport. General betting rules are outlined below.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review all details carefully before submitting. Any bet left incomplete due to a technical error will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Fotem reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are considered final. In live betting, odds may change rapidly.

  • All pre-match bets must be confirmed before the relevant event begins.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded or settled according to market rules.
  • Any bet identified as related to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the associated account will be suspended.
  • Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.
  • In any dispute regarding betting resolution, Fotem's decision is final.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fotem offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the bonus page.

All bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Requesting a withdrawal without fulfilling the wagering conditions will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

  • The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once per user.
  • Qualifying bets must be placed within the specified timeframe to claim a bonus.
  • Participating in the same bonus promotion more than once is not permitted.
  • If bonus abuse is detected — including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts — the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
  • Cashback bonuses typically carry only a 1x wagering requirement and are credited every Monday morning.
  • Fotem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

FotemAll financial transactions on are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For USDT transactions, the exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies. Full details on deposits and withdrawals can be found on the Transactions page.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC completed). Your balance will be validated before any withdrawal request is processed.

  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same method (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, you must also withdraw via bKash).
  • The mobile number used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name.
  • Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering requirement on your bonus has been completed.
  • For suspicious transactions, Fotem may request additional verification and temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.
  • If a withdrawal is sent to an incorrect number, Fotem will attempt to recover the funds but cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Fotem is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

Fotem provides users with the following tools to help them set their own gaming limits.

  • Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
  • Betting History: View your full betting and transaction history at any time.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Choose a 24–72 hour cooling-off period for a temporary break.

  • Your information will never be sold to advertisers or unnecessary third parties.
  • All data is stored on servers secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • Information may be disclosed in response to a valid request from a legal authority.
  • To request a correction or deletion of your data, please contact support.
Section 9

Account Closure & Suspension

Fotem reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without notice for the reasons listed below. In cases of serious violations, any remaining balance may also be forfeited.

  • Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
  • Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation.
  • Use of a false identity or forged documents.
  • Using the platform for criminal purposes or suspected money laundering.
  • Threatening or abusing other users or Fotem staff.

To close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Rule Changes & Contact

Fotem These Terms and Conditions may be partially or fully amended at any time. Users will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
